What is the Card Security Code?

The Card Security Code is the three digit number at the end of your card's signature strip on the back of your card. This number is not part of your credit card number.

The Card Security Code for American Express cards is the 4 digits above the credit card number on the front of your card. It may appear on the right or the left but is always ABOVE your credit card number.
