Internet Explorer Page Cache

This may be useful if you find that you respond to a group request, yet it still shows in your account summary.
  • Go to top of Internet Explorer
  • Select: 'Tools'
  • Select: 'Internet Options'
  • Go to: 'General' tab
  • Go to: 'Browsing History' section
  • Click: 'Settings'
  • By ‘Check for newer versions’ select ‘Automatically’
  • Close Internet Explorer
  • Reopen Internet Explorer
